My statement at the IPI congress in Munich was an open attack against the dictatorial regime and especially its attempts to stiffle what liberties we had succes of expression we had succeeded in regaining. That adress was transmitted from the BBC and the German radio stations, making my return to Greece rather more dangerous. It seems though that the Papadopoulos regime had chosen not to stir public opinion with new arrests.
